Don’t BE a Tool, GET a Tool!

  1. Use purpose-built review tools to review files in native format; DO NOT use their native applications for review,
  2. Load files are STILL the best way to transmit certain information about produced documents, even with native productions, and
  3. Whichever eDiscovery platform you choose, know what tools you want to use and how to use them effectively BEFORE you are neck deep in a matter.
