The steady floor traffic during my briefing at the Casepoint booth seemed to justify their Legalweek spend; lots of prospects wanting a peek at their new legal hold module. Vipul Rajpara, Casepoint’s chief operating officer, said, “The new features are a great example of customer-driven product development. The legal hold module is available as a stand-alone product and integrated into the wider Casepoint platform for end-to-end eDiscovery. We are seeing corporate customers take ownership of their eDiscovery lifecycle and displacing point legal hold products.”
Casepoint recently added StateRAMP Authorization to their early FedRAMP success. Beyond Federal agencies and SLED customers, Casepoint has doubled their hosted-data volumes year-to-year. Rajpara noted, “We are advising customers to preserve in place over preservation collections. We have expanded our custom connectors and integrations to customer cloud sources beyond our original Slack, Google Vault, and M365 connectors. We can collect from the SharePoint preservation hold library and other hidden locations. We see customers looking to partners like Casepoint to help solve their Information Governance pain points such as FOIA workflows.” The new automation and workflows released should help customers address edge cases such as DSAR requests, breach response, and investigations.
